Minecraft Characters Tunisian Crochet Drawstring Bag Pattern

Minecraft Characters Tunisian Crochet Tutorial & Pattern In December I was working on some Christmas gifts and you all had a good guess at what I was making. If you've found Purfylle on instagram since I joined you would have seen I gave the game away. I still haven't shared the finished project though, so here it is!

I wanted to create the pixelated look that Minecraft is known for. To achieve the look I was after for the Minecraft bags I decided to make each 'pixel' separately out of little crochet squares.

Pumpkin Top UFO

This pumpkin coloured top is made of cheesecloth. I have one finished and one half finished. I can't even remember why I made it. Maybe it was to test a pattern block.

In any case, this is one UFO that I am quite happy to simply remove from the pile of unfinished projects, right along with the finished version and my entire cheesecloth stash.

Update on Crochet Lace Tape Top

Was there progress?

I've taken the current work off the dress form and found all of the extra yarn. I've put it in my current work pile. Does that count as progress?

I have a confession to make, I am working on a new crochet project which I am hoping to finish as a Christmas gift so it is getting priority at the moment.

Did I enjoy working on it?

It felt great to finally have my dress form free of this project.

Will I continue to work on it?

YES, I hope to even finish it one day.

That concludes another week of #FinishItFriday

I'm really pleased to have another UFO out of the sewing room. What was the last UFO you decided you couldn't be bothered with?

Happy Finishing!
